    In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, keep our pricing affordable and respond to customer feedback, we are transitioning our aluminum bottles to PCR plastic.

    We're switching from an overseas packaging supplier to a local manufacturer. This change will help minimize our carbon footprint by eliminating air freight.

    Additionally, our packaging is changing from aluminum to PCR plastic (PCR stands for Post-Consumer Recycled). Our bottles will now give a second life to previously used plastic, thus reducing our impact on landfills.

    In the aftermath of COVID, the cost of aluminum has skyrocketed. In an effort to avoid continuing to raise our prices, we’ve switched to PCR plastic, to keep prices down.

    Customer Feedback

    Aluminum is very delicate. We continue to receive customer complaints that bottles are arriving dented. We’ve had to increase the amount of packaging material used to protect orders (and replacement shipments) from denting in transit. Our new bottles are less fragile, will require less packaging for shipments and should not dent in transit.
